You will need to place a deposit of $200 or 5% of your maximum bid, whichever is greater, in your bidder account. This can be done online at https://putnam.realtaxdeed.com/ , by wire transfer or in our Tax Deeds office located at 107 N. 6th St, Palatka, FL 32177.  If making deposit in our office, certified funds are required.  Certified funds are cash, money order or cashier's check.  Deposits must be received to the Clerk's Office by 4:00pm the day before the sale.
