Yes. The owner or mortgage holder can redeem the property from the Tax Deed sale by paying the delinquent taxes and all costs associated with the process leading up to and including the Tax Deed auction. These payments should be made to the Tax Collector. A redemption can take place up until the time full payment for the Tax Deed has been received by the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
