This request can be made by visiting our website at https://putnamclerkfl.justfoia.com/publicportal/home/track .  Once on the site, click on new request and select Public Information Request.  This will open a request form to be completed.  The more specific you are, the better. Make sure to enter the email address for the list to be sent back via email.
