What Does 'On Demand' Mean for Court Records?

'On Demand' means that the court record is View on Request (VOR) and the image must requested for an additional review by staff prior to release to the public. This review is required by law for certain case types and documents to ensure confidential information within a court record is redacted prior to release.

On Demand records have a lock symbol next to the docket line that looks like this . To request the image, click the padlock and it will be added to our work queue for review. Once the image has been reviewed and any additional redactions are made, the record will be available for the public. This process generally takes 24-48 hours, but it can be longer depending on the volume of requests and staffing needs.
