What If You Can't Find It Online?

Occasionally, you might search for a document and find that it's not yet available through the online system. This doesn't necessarily mean the document doesn't exist—it may simply not have been digitized or uploaded yet.

If a document isn't available online after a reasonable search, you have a couple of options. You can contact the courthouse directly to inquire about the document's status and whether it's available for in-person review. Court clerks are generally helpful and can direct you to the right department or tell you when the document might be available online. Alternatively, if you need the document urgently, visiting the courthouse in person may be your fastest option, though this obviously requires more time and travel.
