In order to obtain free copies for clemency, the request must be accompanied by a copy of the clemency application from the Clemency board.  This application will specify documents required.  Once reviewed, a one time free of charge copy of the requested documents will be provided.  This request can be made via email at clerkrecords@putnam-fl.gov , https://putnamclerkfl.justfoia.com/publicportal/home/track , or in person in our customer service department.  Don't forget to attach a copy of your clemency application to your request.
