You can record a deed electronically, in person, or by mail. The deeds must follow Florida Statutes requirements for recording.

To file electronically:

To file by mail: 

Please mail the original document, a check or money order that covers the recording fees, and a self addressed and stamped envelope to return the original after recording. The Recording Fees can be calculated below.
