Can I bring a witness to my Injunction hearing?

When attending an Injunction hearing, you should come to court prepared to defend your case every time you appear in front of the Judge. This includes bringing witnesses & evidence that you may need to support your case. It is better to be over prepared, than under prepared.

Parties that are pro se, (that do not have legal representation) are still expected to conduct themselves & present their case as if they were an attorney. If you intend on hiring counsel, it would be advised to do so before your Injunction court date.
