What happens if my court case cannot be held due to natural disaster or closure of the court?

If your court date is scheduled during a period that the Clerk's Office and judicial offices must close due to natural disaster, your hearing will be rescheduled as promptly as possible.  We will notify you, your attorney and/or bondsman by mail of the new court date.
