They can be paid through real auction, https://putnam.realforeclose.com/, they can be wire transferred to the Clerk's Office or paid by cash, cashier's check or money order in our customer service department.  They are due by 3PM the day of the sale.  If you fail to make the payment by 3PM, you lose the sale and your 5% deposit is forfeited and becomes non-refundable.  A certificate of non-deposit will be issued and the property will be set to be sold again.
