They can be paid through real auction, https://putnam.realforeclose.com/, they can be wire transferred to the Clerk's Office or paid by cash, cashier's check or money order in our customer service department.  Personal checks are not permitted.

All Bidder deposits must be received by the Clerk's Office by 5:00pm on the Monday prior to the sale.
