There are several way to access Putnam County Public Access menu.  

First option is Putnamclerk.com\

I want to: (far upper right dropdown)

Then click on online services

or by using this direct link.

Click on “Outstanding Check (Unclaimed Funds)

Select Account: Board A/P or Clerk A/P and Year and Click on Run
