You will not need to provide paper copies or envelopes. All parties will be served electronically. Please ensure that you have provided an accurate email address for both the petitioner and attorney. You may e-file the expungement pleadings. Once an order has been entered all parties, with the exception of FDLE, will receive a certified hard copy via US mail. FDLE receives their copy electronically.
I am an attorney filing for expungement, do I need to provide copies and self-addressed stamped envelopes? Will the clerk's office notify the State Attorney, Sheriff & FDLE? Can I e-file the expungement pleadings?
