The Clerk's Office can review your case to see if a public defender has been appointed.  However, we may not be able to provide you with the name of the actual attorney representing you.  Once you have confirmed that a public defender has been appointed, you may call the Office of the Public Defender at 386-329-0301 to inquire as to your specific attorney assignment.
