You can make your request via our website https://putnamclerkfl.justfoia.com/publicportal/home/track .  Once on the site, click on New Request.  Choose Court Records Request.  This will open a request form for you to complete.  The more information you provide, the better.  Once complete, click submit.  If our records clerk has any questions regarding your request, she will reach out to you.
