Setting, requesting or changing a court date varies depending on the type of case.  The Clerk's Office cannot reschedule any type of court hearing.  

If it is a civil hearing, hearing are set with motions or through the Judicial Assistant for the presiding Judge.  

If it is a criminal hearing, those are set by a Judge's calendar that has been provided to the Clerk's Office.
