We only issue a Writ of Garnishment to banks.  This would be filed through the E-Portal, https://www.myflcourtaccess.com/authority/,  for us to issue.  If you need a Writ of Garnishment for wages, you would need to file a motion through the E-Portal and send the proposed order to the presiding judge.
